We are looking for an accomplished Head Chef to take over a highly successful kitchen operation....BUZZing???

Outside of the Kitchen key drivers :

• Working closely with the owner to develop a strategy for innovation, creativity and sustainability in the kitchens
• Always looking to elevate the food on offer
• Collaborate with the Events team
• Be commercially minded and can see the bigger picture, with the ability to plan with detail and creativity.
• Have astute financial performance awareness, and the ability to analyse data and make impactful decisions.
• A strong leader, always building on professional relationships at all levels

Inside the Kitchen Key Drivers :

The venue is only open days, with a 3pm closure. Weekends are the busiest time, so we do require the Head Chef to work both Sat / Sun. Pay rate ranges $35-$37 per hour.

The ideal person will be someone that has sound knowledge of food cost, FCP, wage cost, staff training & quality control. We see this person having at least 10 + years industry experience, with a minimum 2 of those as an Head Chef.
