Brand Assistant (Start ASAP)

Support marketing campaigns, content, and events for Woop, an award-winning meal kit subscription transforming home cooking in New Zealand.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Manage content scheduling and posting across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with content creation, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor social channels, flag questions or comments, and respond where appropriate.
• Collect and share customer feedback from surveys, messages, and social engagement.
• Help nurture community engagement and represent the Woop brand tone across channels.
• Support event logistics including booking venues, packing gear, setup, and pack-down.
• Coordinate collaborations and partner communications before and during events.
• Manage weekly in-box samples from partner brands through to dispatch.
• Proofread EDMs and maintain marketing calendars, image libraries, and content folders.
• Provide administrative and project support to the wider marketing team.
• Contribute to small campaigns and initiatives as directed by the team.
