As a Portfolio Manager at Farmlands, you lead the development and performance of the Farm Services, Travel and Business Services portfolios, driving value for shareholders, partners and the co-operative.
Always working on acquisition and growth, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, negotiating contracts and identifying opportunities across these key categories.
You will also support campaign execution, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration, while actively contributing to Farmlands' values of diversity, creativity and commitment to rural communities and sustainable outcomes.
M?hou ake | About you
At least five years' experience in a similar sales, key account management, or business development role.
Confident building relationships and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
Skilled at spotting new business opportunities and turning ideas into practical solutions.
Able to negotiate effectively and handle complex commercial discussions.
Experience in card or loyalty programmes and / or an understanding of the agriculture service industry would be a real advantage.
