We’re now looking for an Account Manager with 3+ years’ experience to join our team in Christchurch starting in January 2026. In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships with our customers, drive solution adoption, and grow revenue across multiple pillars for our Small, Medium and Corporate clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Fusion5’s offerings with their strategic objectives to deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Develop and manage account plans, renewals, and upsell opportunities to drive growth and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive cross-sell initiatives, promoting Fusion5’s full solution suite, and helping customers unlock the power of AI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding outcomes.
  • Champion Fusion5’s success through case studies and referrals.

About You

You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. You’re known for your ability to adapt quickly, solve problems with insight, and communicate with integrity. You build trust, foster collaboration, and consistently deliver value.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in account management, service delivery, or sales‑based roles, preferably within B2B technology or professional services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and achieve favourable commercial outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of the business technology landscape and a strong professional network.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, along with outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualification (preferred).
