We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our NZ Flagship store in Christchurch on parental leave cover, full-time basis.

This new multi-level store will be truly world class! As NZ’s Flagship store, it’ll be the third biggest store in the entire MECCA fleet!

You will be reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for :

• Living and breathing the MECCA values as you lead by example
• Driving success and engagement in the store team, assisting in performance management and upholding the company values
• Ensuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience
