You will work with experienced professionals committed to high-quality service and continuous learning.The opportunity : A role in our Wellington Consulting team as an Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager, advising on business case development, facilitating content and process, reviewing and quality assuring business cases for public and private sector clients.Day-to-day responsibilities include : Providing strategic advice to clients, particularly in Infrastructure, Government, or Health sectors, on various projects and business service models.Negotiating and delivering on client expectations, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.Leading or contributing to the development, facilitation, and quality assurance of business cases, focusing on government investment processes and BBC methodology.Applying knowledge of Machinery of Government, IGH investment delivery, and process improvement for sustainable transformation.Supervising, mentoring, and coaching staff, supporting their professional growth, and fostering a positive team environment.Developing and marketing new products and services.Actively seeking and responding to client feedback to maintain service excellence.What you'll bring : 4-6 years of relevant advisory experience, with expertise in Machinery of Government and BBC processes.Experience in business case development and investment delivery within the IGH sector.Project management qualifications or significant experience leading complex projects and process improvements.A relevant tertiary qualification.Experience supervising and developing staff.Business development skills, especially in the public sector.Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships within multidisciplinary teams.High-level security clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable.Enthusiastic, pragmatic, solutions-focused, with ownership and results-driven attitude.Recruitment is managed directly by KPMG's Talent Acquisition team.
