OverviewThis is a rare opportunity to partner with a wide variety of respected organisations across Aotearoa, helping them simplify compliance and embed technology-driven solutions that reduce risk and add value.What you'll be doingIn this diverse and client-facing role, you'll : Act as a trusted advisor on compliance and risk management practicesTranslate complex legislation into practical insights for different industriesManage end-to-end customer projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term successFacilitate workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders to understand their operationsPrepare clear reports and updates for leadership teams and boardsBuild strong, ongoing relationships across a wide customer baseContribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and customer experiencesRepresent the organisation at industry events and conferencesWhat you'll bringMy client is looking for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working with people as much as with the law.

You'll need : A law degree with a minimum of 4 years PQE, in either private practice or in-house legal roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging at senior levels.A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple projects.A genuine interest in the link between law, technology, and innovation.Knowledge of SaaS or compliance technology.This role offers more autonomy, variety, and client contact than a typical intermediate legal role.
