You - ll be part of asupportive, innovative environment where you as Team Leader, you will play apivotal role in providing leadership and management to ensure the smooth,effective operation of our Specialist Maternal Mental Health Team.
You willwork closely with the Operations Manager and Clinical Leader to drive clinicalexcellence and support optimal health outcomes for women and theirfamilies / whanau.You will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical, administrative,financial, and human resource management of the service, ensuring allactivities align with MHAID Service district expectations, policies,procedures, and professional standards.
Your leadership will also extend tocontributing to key projects and participating in broader MHAIDS initiatives tocontinuously improve service delivery.
