Overview
Project Manager - Client Side – Auckland, New Zealand role at Tetra Tech Coffey. We are seeking a client-facing project manager to deliver property infrastructure projects in Education, Local Government and Social Housing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Developing effective client relationships and providing high quality solutions
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders including statutory authorities, consultants, contractors and end-users
- Assisting with the procurement of consultant and contractor teams
- Attending client meetings and documenting project communications
- Tracking and reporting on project deliverables, budgets, resourcing and timelines
- Managing project documentation including preparation and issue of contract instructions and correspondence
- Successfully delivering projects from inception to handover
About You
Central Government and / or Local Government Authority experience will be well regarded. Working knowledge of NZ 3910–2013 and NZ 3916 form of contracts would also be an advantage.
