About The Role

This is a key role that requires a passionate leader to take our store network to the next level. This role is all about driving growth, hitting sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. You'll lead by example with a safety-first mindset, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety policies. Strong people skills are a must, as you'll need to translate business strategy and performance into actionable plans for your teams.

To be successful you will need :

• 3+ years' experience in effectively managing people, as well as the ability to develop processes and customer service excellence in all stores
• At least 2 years' experience with monitoring of budgets and profitability across a store network, including assisting managers to achieve targets through various channels and running reports where necessary
• A strong focus on Health and Safety and compliance across your region
• A solid background in retail or wholesale management, with tyre industry knowledge and expertise
• Excellent people leadership, training and development skills
