About the role
Farmers with Halter are writing the playbook for a world-first farming system, unlocking more productive and sustainable uses of agricultural land while driving profitability.
We recently launched into the Beef Market, creating an opportunity to build a new market from the ground up.
As a Territory Manager at Halter, you will drive business growth and customer success within your designated territory, executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets while acting as Halter's on-the-ground representative.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.
You will prioritise daily efforts that optimise growth and value for customers, working with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, and other regional sales teams) to share field insights that ensure Halter's technology meets farmers' needs.
Your contributions will support Halter's mission to make 50% of the world's habitable landmass more productive and sustainable.
This role is based in the North Waikato Region (Auckland to Raglan / Matamata).
Applicants must live within the region.
Travel is required to meet with farmers daily.
