Working hours : 7am to 5pmResponsibilitiesTo give leadership and direction to all Courier Franchisees servicing pickups and deliveries within the area of responsibility.Ensure courier resources (Courier Franchisees, Company Owned Drivers, Blu Couriers, Contractors) operate efficiently and in compliance with Aramex operational and brand standards.Drive productivity and efficiency measured by cost per parcel delivered and picked up in their area by analyzing data and implementing resource strategies.Manage all aspects of the freight delivery process, from depot load-in / load-out to successful delivery or collection, while maintaining service quality and delivery timeliness to ensure that the operations of the branches meet the objectives and requirements of the Aramex system.Ensure all freight is delivered on time and in good condition to the national delivery service standard KPI defined.Proactively identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, service failures, or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Lead compliance initiatives including health & safety induction, courier audits, and adherence to the Courier Franchise Operational Manual.Facilitate training and development for courier resources, focusing on onboarding, service standards, route optimization, and performance improvement.To ensure all company vehicles are maintained, they comply with NZ road law and always reflect the brand in accordance with company guidelines.To ensure all franchisees represent the brand in accordance with company brand & uniform guidelines.Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on courier movements, freight flow, performance metrics, and resource changes.About the CompanyMany well-known businesses across New Zealand trust Aramex to deliver.
