At Orange Homes we're a proud residential building company with a strong reputation for quality and care, and we're looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team.This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between Sales and Project Management.

You'll be the client's main point of contact right after the contract is signed, making sure every detail is captured, every selection is confirmed, and every project is set up for success before construction begins.What you'll be doingServe as the client's main contact after contract signing and throughout pre-construction.Organise and maintain all project files and records.Review and confirm all client selections for fixtures, finishes, and materials.Manage the change and variation process, ensuring all amendments are documented and approved.Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is accurate and up to date.Prepare complete project documentation and hand over to the Project Management team.Ensure all pre-construction deadlines are met to maintain project timelines.Contribute to process improvements and enhance the client experience.What We're Looking ForStrong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.A confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike.Someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and loves a good checklist.Experience in construction, building, or property development is a big plus (but not essential).
