We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to support our mission of building exceptional teams across Citycare Property!

Whether you're a recent graduate eager to learn or a seasoned administrator with a knack for making things run smoothly, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment where no two days will be the same.

This full-time role sits within our People & Culture team and is based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch).

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles
• Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, and interview scheduling
• Engage with hiring managers to understand their needs and make recruitment seamless
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
• Assist with onboarding activities and documentation
• Help create engaging candidate experiences from application to offer
• Contribute to attraction initiatives and projects that support our employer brand
• Previous experience in administration or recruitment coordination is ideal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
