The Role :
Graham Consulting is a boutique New Zealand recruitment firm providing full service recruitment solutions including executive search, permanent and temporary appointments.
Established in 2004 in Christchurch we opened a second office in Auckland in 2010.
With continued growth and clients extremely positive we are looking to hire an additional person to the team.
The role of Recruitment Coordinator is an excellent opportunity to learn from and work closely with a Senior Consultant.
It will suit a graduate or young working professional with up to two - three years experience.
Even if you are graduated at the end of 2024, we want to hear from you; start date for this position can be flexible.
Key attributes required include :
Degree qualified (Ideally in Marketing, Business / Commerce, Human Resources or Psychology)
Genuine interest in business
Customer service and relationship building skills
Comfortable with systems and a proactive user of social media
Accuracy and attention to detail
An urgent and energetic approach to meeting KPI's and timelines
The ability to get outside your comfort zone
Intuitive, practical and a good judge of character
Resilient and pragmatic with genuine commercial acumen
Plenty of training is given and the environment is open plan and supportive.
