Job Description

As Aotearoa's leading medical alarm provider, our St John Medical Alarm team are passionate about helping seniors, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable members of our community stay independent for longer. Our monitored alarm systems provide peace of mind, ensuring that help is just the push of a button away.

As a Telecare Field Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers by :

• Building positive, trusting relationships with those who rely on our medical alarms.
• Demonstrating and installing our monitored alarm systems, ensuring customers feel confident using them.
• Providing top-notch customer care, including servicing and troubleshooting alarm equipment.
• Promoting our services at community events and group demonstrations.
• Responding promptly to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate assistance.

This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months, covering parental leave. The hours are 40 per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. You will also be on call every fourth weekend, with allowances provided.

This role covers Hastings, Havelock North and surrounding areas.
