• Permanent, part-time role (0.9 FTE, 36 hours per week), Monday to Friday
• Salary between $75,773 and $106,739 per annum pro-rata

• About the role
• This community-based role will see you working Monday to Friday providing care for people over 65 years of age who are experiencing mental illness.
• In this role, you will :
• embrace case management by providing group and individual work with clients
• create positive impacts with older people in a mental health environment
• collaborate with Community Psychiatric Nurses and Nurse Practitioners who also support Older Persons' Mental Health Services in the community
• develop positive relationships
• contribute to improving patient lives.
