- Ward 11 Rehabilitation / Transition Mental Health Unit is a 10-bed ward supporting individuals on their mental health recovery journey.
It provides a rehabilitation / sub-acute setting for adults with long-term mental illness and co-existing conditions.
Ward 11 is currently undergoing a period of change and exploring alternative environments.
