Support Services Assistant

Overview

We are looking for an energetic Support Services Assistant to join our housekeeping team, focused on maintaining high cleaning standards.

This is a permanent role offered at 0.5 FTE or 20 hours per week to be worked 9am - 2 : 30pm, Sunday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning and hygiene standards in your designated area remains consistent with hospital standards
• Assist with the collection, transfer and disposal of hospital waste following best practice standards
• Maintain adequate cleaning supplies
• Ensure patients receive fresh linen, as required
• Assist with the safe transport of patients (if applicable)
