Your role is about more than enrolments, it's about empowering people, strengthening communities, and shaping the future of work.What you'll doConnect with new and existing learners to meet enrolment targetsConvert enquiries into appointments and enrolments within set timeframesEducate prospective students on vocational pathways and future job opportunitiesContribute to annual sales plans and support campus staircasing strategiesBuild strong relationships with community organisations, Iwi, and government agenciesSupport marketing and engagement events (e.g. school expos)Partner with academic teams to provide pastoral care supportMaintain accurate records in line with TEC and NZQA standardsBe a positive ambassador for Skills Group in the communityWhat you'll bringA relevant qualification and strong computer / technical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport, show empathy, and work with cultural sensitivitySelf-motivation and sound judgment in managing busy workloadsExperience handling customer enquiries and converting leadsA full New Zealand driver's licenceWhy you'll love working with usAt Skills Group, our culture is built on our vital signs of Joy, Manaakitanga, Grow, and Bold.
