What you’ll do
- Connect with new and existing learners to meet enrolment targets
- Convert enquiries into appointments and enrolments within set timeframes
- Educate prospective students on vocational pathways and future job opportunities
- Contribute to annual sales plans and support campus staircasing strategies
- Build strong relationships with community organisations, Iwi, and government agencies
- Support marketing and engagement events (e.g. school expos)
- Partner with academic teams to provide pastoral care support
- Maintain accurate records in line with TEC and NZQA standards
- Be a positive ambassador for Skills Group in the community
