What you’ll do

• Connect with new and existing learners to meet enrolment targets
• Convert enquiries into appointments and enrolments within set timeframes
• Educate prospective students on vocational pathways and future job opportunities
• Contribute to annual sales plans and support campus staircasing strategies
• Build strong relationships with community organisations, Iwi, and government agencies
• Support marketing and engagement events (e.g. school expos)
• Partner with academic teams to provide pastoral care support
• Maintain accurate records in line with TEC and NZQA standards
• Be a positive ambassador for Skills Group in the community
