We’re looking for a positive and confident people-person to join the Unity Community in our Dunedin Branch, helping our members reach their financial needs and goals.

About the role
Be the face of Unity, delivering exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone by assisting Kiwis with their everyday financial needs and goals.
A “normal” day in our branches would see you processing cash withdrawals, deposits, and transfers, opening accounts, and answering queries regarding Unity’s products and services, among other tasks.
Hours of work will cover 40 hours per week between the hours of 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm, Monday-Friday.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team who like to have fun while serving our members!
About you
Experience in a customer service role.
Ideally, experience in banking industry, including everyday banking and lending.
Passion for helping people and the community.
Resilient and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Quick learner who is great at problem-solving.
