The company will provide the required certifications on-site, specifically Cert II and III, so you won't need to stress about the nitty gritty.

What is expected on the job

Listen to the Driller and follow their guidance.

Conduct daily pre-start equipment checks.

Complete necessary safety paperwork and processes.

Assist with routine rig / machine / equipment / tool maintenance and cleaning.

Load and unload heavy vehicles.

Assist in set up / dismantle / move rigs and related equipment.

Manual handling of drill rods, sample bags, core trays, etc.

Other duties as required.

What stands out to our team

A background in a labour-intensive role (e.g., concreting, farming, plumbing, bricklaying, general labour).

Any previous FIFO mining experience in any role.

If you hold any of these : HR-B Driver's Licence, 4WD, First Aid.

To be successful, you must have and provide

Manual C Class Unrestricted Licence

with no restrictions.

Currently reside in / relocate to Western Australia

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

Clean Police Record from within the last 3 months

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Be willing to put in the hard yards in training

Serious physical and mental fitness is a must to succeed in Offsiding.

This role involves extensive manual labour, so you will need to cope with the demands of the position, confined spaces, dust and other environmental challenges.
