We are seeking a motivated Recruitment & HR Advisor who is passionate about people and eager to help us attract, support, and develop outstanding talent.
Role Overview
Based at our Auckland Head Office, you will enjoy a varied role that includes recruiting exceptional candidates, providing HR advice to leaders, and contributing to onboarding, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.
You will be part of the go-to team for all people-related matters, ensuring smooth operations and a supportive environment for everyone.
You will join a close-knit HR team operating across six countries.
We support each other, share ideas, and deliver genuine, people-first assistance in a dynamic and rewarding setting.
About You
Proven experience in both HR and recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years' experience.
Experience working in the civil engineering industry.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Confident with HR and recruitment systems and processes.
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.
