This role will work closely with colleagues across the business to improve acquisition, retention, and customer experience, including the way leads are developed and managed to drive business performance across all channels.

The team holds a lot of curious minds and customer obsessed colleagues.

This allows us to bounce ideas off each other, as well as supporting each other to be successful in our roles.This role would suit someone who is customer obsessed, curious, collaborative, analytical, tenacious, and willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
