Programme Controls Manager – Level Crossings
We are looking for a Programme Controls Manager to establish and manage industry‑leading programme controls required to deliver the Level Crossing Removal Programme. The role includes regular reporting of programme status to the Head of Level Crossings and internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the management framework, share best practices, and help develop systems and processes for risk management, document management, schedule management, and reporting in line with AT requirements.
- Produce timely and quality reports on the health of the programme for governance bodies such as Board, Steering Group, Control Group, ELT and other forums.
- Assist in the production of papers for associated governance groups.
- Lead production of the comprehensive programme schedule and be responsible for updating it with support from the programme team.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the Head of Level Crossings to identify any programme areas that require focus and improvement.
What you will bring
Teritiary qualification or equivalent in Project / Programme Management, Commerce, Finance, Project Planning / Scheduling, Business Management or a related field.Over 10 years experience managing all aspects of programme / project controls in a complex environment.Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex information and simplify programme and project change control.Benefits and support
