As the Manager Digital Engagement, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how New Zealanders interact with MBIE online, ensuring our channels are accessible, integrated, and future-focused.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of leadership, digital expertise, and a genuine passion for improving customer experiences.

You’ll be part of a supportive, future-focused team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and a customer-first mindset. The team works together to deliver integrated digital solutions, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve MBIE’s strategic priorities.

An ability to communicate complex ideas clearly are essential, as is experience working across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve shared outcomes. You will thrive on problem-solving, using insights and evidence to shape initiatives that drive meaningful, measurable improvements for both customers and the wider organisation.
