Lead the way as a Claims Automation Developer, transforming how we deliver claims. This senior specialist role offers variety and influence—troubleshooting, designing, and driving enhancements that matter. This permanent full-time role is based in multiple locations across Aotearoa New Zealand.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and optimise UiPath automations, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
- Design and deliver new automation solutions, leveraging UiPath tools, APIs, and internal systems to improve claims processes.
- Monitor and report on automation performance, identifying issues and implementing timely resolutions to minimise business impact.
- Collaborate with technical BAs and stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements and innovation, including future integration with Guidewire and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, supporting best practices in RPA development and mentoring team members.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years’ experience in RPA development, with strong proficiency in UiPath tools and workflows.Experience with APIs and databases, including integration and orchestration for automation solutions.Programming knowledge in VB, C#, Python, or SQL to support automation design and troubleshooting.Strong solution design skills and ability to collaborate with technical BAs and diverse teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering outcomes.Knowledge of insurance claims systems (e.g., Guidewire) is an advantage but not essential.What We Offer
