This role is to design, build, and maintain solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery within set timelines.
This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to produce functional designs and implement scalable, efficient, and robust end-to-end solutions.
This role fosters growth through collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement while delivering reliable technology outcomes.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks aligned with the organization's technology stack and quality standards.
Lead integration of automated testing into CI / CD pipelines, ensuring quality validation across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with software architects and developers to design testable architectures and champion test-driven development (TDD) and quality-first engineering mindset.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to prioritize testing efforts, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient use of resources.
Provide expert-level technical guidance, troubleshooting complex automation issues and driving continuous improvement in testing tools and processes.
Leverage emerging technologies, including AI / ML-powered automation tools for self-healing scripts, AI-assisted test generation, predictive analytics, and visual validation, to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Foster collaboration and teamwork, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively resolve defects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
That's the role, so who are you?
7–10 years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years focused on test automation, with a strong grasp of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proven success delivering automated test solutions that enhance testing efficiency, coverage, and overall software quality.
Hands-on expertise with leading automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar, and experience developing automated tests for web, mobile, and API platforms.
Proficiency in integrating automation frameworks into CI / CD pipelines within Agile or DevOps environments, ensuring continuous quality validation.
Experience with complex, end-to-end testing across cloud, CRM and ERP systems, and familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm, Sauce Labs).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
