Your role

As the Process Automation Developer, you’ll design, build, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance both customer and employee experiences. You’ll work hands‑on with UiPath Automation Cloud, including cutting‑edge features like Agentic workflows, Maestro (UiPath Autopilot), and AI‑powered capabilities. You’ll also integrate with tools like Power Automate, AWS Step Functions, and iPaaS platforms to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end solutions.

As a key member of our automation team, you’ll own the full delivery lifecycle—from process discovery and solution design to deployment and monitoring—ensuring every automation is scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. You’ll also mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with business and tech stakeholders to drive adoption and maximise value.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy advanced automations using UiPath, including Agentic workflows, Document Understanding, AI Center, and more.
• Lead process assessments and design reusable, future‑ready automation components.
• Monitor and optimise deployed automations using analytics and telemetry.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to align automation with strategic goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion a culture of innovation and excellence.
