We have a unique opportunity for a passionate and customer focused individual to is eager to grow their career and join our team as a Key Account Executive & VRP based at our Montgomerie Road site in Auckland.
This is a key role as part of our NZ Sales team where you will work closely with and support our National Business Manager by leading customer order management, providing account management support and contribute to our revenue growth ambitions through building strong relationships with both our customers and internal teams.
This role is ideally suited for someone who understands the consumer goods industry, loves exceeding customer expectations and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position will provide a great opportunity for an ambitious customer service / sales individual to develop and gain valuable exposure to FMCG customer management working in a leading global food brand and supported by a small, but amazing Kiwi team!
Responsibilities
Order Management : Take ownership of all domestic and overseas customer orders and enquiries, including being the conduit between our third-party logistics providers.
Promotional Support : Completion and submission of promotional forms to customers in a timely manner.
Post Promotional Management : Review and provide approval of all promotional claims, inclusive of analysis and recommendation as to their effectiveness.
Trade Activation : In conjunction with the APAC Marketing team, be the connection for brand activation requirements, such as Point of Sale and samples.
Consumer Enquiries : With the support of the wider APAC Customer Excellence team, co-manage all New Zealand consumer enquiries.
Sales Reporting : Own the sales reporting for Jack Link's New Zealand, inclusive of the coordination of relevant reviews and commentary.
Qualifications / What we're looking for
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Experience within the FMCG industry, however relevant experience from other industries will also be considered.
Strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.
The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
