Come and join the established People Analytics Team at Te Whatu OraWaitaha. We're currently looking for an intermediate to senior level DataAnalyst to specialise in HR Data Analytics within our team.

About the role

Aotearoa's health system is undergoing transformation under the PaeOra / Healthy Futures vision building a system where people live longer in goodhealth, enjoy improved quality of life, and experience equity across allgroups.

Our People Analytics Team plays a key role in delivering accurate,timely, and consistent workforce insights to support informed decision-makingacross Te Whatu Ora Waitaha (Canterbury) and Te Tai o Poutini (West Coast).

The HR Data Analyst will be working with the team to support thedelivery and development of robust regular people reporting and analyticssolutions to assist sound decision-making and accurately inform the widerorganisation with relevant people data. The role would carry-out regularreporting activity and perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

As a Data Analyst, you\'ll work closely with other teammembers and stakeholders to :

• Upholddata governance and confidentiality standards
• Monitorand report on progress toward strategic workforce goals
• Developand track people performance and outcome measures
• Analysestaff-related metrics to inform operational performance
• Buildrelationships with key users of workforce data
• Createinsightful reports using both qualitative and quantitative data
• Supportstakeholders with people data and insights
• Collaboratewith Māori and disability partners to ensure culturally responsive andaccessible data representation
