HR Project Officer
Purpose of the Role
To support the successful integration of the Christchurch sites (Kiwi & CHC) by coordinating HR processes, documentation, and system updates.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for the Christchurch site merger.
Coordinate and process job description updates and contract variations.
Input and maintain accurate HR / payroll data during transition.
Assist in preparing communication materials for staff (FAQs, noticeboards, updates).
Ensure HR project activities are compliant with NZ employment law and internal policies.
