The HR Data Analyst will be working with the team to support thedelivery and development of robust regular people reporting and analyticssolutions to assist sound decision-making and accurately inform the widerorganisation with relevant people data.
The role would carry-out regularreporting activity and perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis.As a Data Analyst, you\'ll work closely with other teammembers and stakeholders to : Upholddata governance and confidentiality standardsMonitorand report on progress toward strategic workforce goalsDevelopand track people performance and outcome measuresAnalysestaff-related metrics to inform operational performanceBuildrelationships with key users of workforce dataCreateinsightful reports using both qualitative and quantitative dataSupportstakeholders with people data and insightsCollaboratewith Maori and disability partners to ensure culturally responsive andaccessible data representationSkills and experienceRelevanttertiary qualification (e.g., Commerce, Information Systems, Statistics,HR, Social Sciences)Experienceand demonstratable competence in using data analytics tools specifically SQLServer, SSRS, Power BI (or similar)Highnumeracy and analytical abilityAbilityto write clear reports and interpret dataUnderstandingof HR functions and processesStrongExcel skills for data aggregation and presentationExperiencewith HR metrics and people dataFamiliaritywith the New Zealand health sectorAbilityto analyse diverse data sources and make informed recommendationsWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuringexcellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
