• Aotearoa's health system is undergoing transformation under the PaeOra / Healthy Futures vision building a system where people live longer in goodhealth, enjoy improved quality of life, and experience equity across allgroups.Our People Analytics Team plays a key role in delivering accurate,timely, and consistent workforce insights to support informed decision-makingacross Te Whatu Ora Waitaha (Canterbury) and Te Tai o Poutini (West Coast).

The HR Data Analyst will be working with the team to support thedelivery and development of robust regular people reporting and analyticssolutions to assist sound decision-making and accurately inform the widerorganisation with relevant people data.
