Role Description

The Digital Capability Advisor will work across all of Ara’s campuses; City campus, Manawa, Woolston and Timaru, to uplift the digital capability of kaimahi through the planning, development and implementation of face-to-face and online learning solutions. They will support colleagues and wider stakeholders in the use of current and emerging technologies, including Office 365, Teams, Zoom, Panopto, Te Kete, and Turnitin through the use of interactive experiences and developing online learning content to support capability needs.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification at Degree level in an appropriate discipline
• Strong working knowledge of Office 365 tools and cloud-based platforms
• Experience designing and delivering face-to-face and online learning experiences
• Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline
• Understanding of digital learning technologies and trends
• Desirable : Microsoft certifications or an adult education qualification
