Role Overview
As a KiwiSaver Specialist with Aurora Capital, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their investment journey. This involves deeply understanding their unique financial situation, risk profile, and long-term goals. You'll provide strategic, personalised advice across Aurora KiwiSaver schemes and other investment funds, helping clients make informed decisions to achieve profitable and secure financial outcomes.

Are You the Right Person?
We\'re looking for an individual who embodies our values and possesses :
Proven Client Engagement : Sales, advice or client-facing experience is highly valued. A natural ability to build rapport and connect with clients, both in person and over the phone, is essential.
Qualifications : Ideally, you\'ll hold or be actively working towards your New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Investment Strand.
Exceptional Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, understandable advice.
Self-Motivated & Collaborative : A proactive approach to building your client base and managing your workflow, coupled with a strong ability to work effectively within a team.
Organisational Excellence : Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage client interactions, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain meticulous records.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using modern computer systems and CRM platforms to efficiently manage client interactions, track data, and streamline workflows.
