Customer Advisor (Fixed-Term) Marketing

We are currently seeking someone to join our team as a Customer Advisor based in our Christchurch Support office.

• Be responsible for the professional handling of all customer orders and enquiries
• Process orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide support to Farmlands' field staff and our network of stores
• Assist with shareholder queries and orders

Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

These will include two references from your two most recent managers, a Ministry of Justice Check, proof of your right to work in New Zealand, a driver’s licence check and an ACC background check. For certain roles a drug and alcohol test, credit check and AML check may be required.
