As a Customer Champion Consultant in our Small Business Sales Team, you’ll play an essential role in helping local small business customers stay connected—offering expert advice and tailored solutions that make a real difference to their operations and growth.

Based in our Christchurch CBD Support Office, you’ll support customers through inbound and outbound phone and messaging channels, with a focus on Join and Leave intents for Mobile and Broadband campaigns. You’ll be the trusted advisor our small business customers rely on, delivering exceptional experiences while driving strong sales outcomes.

• Manage One New Zealand's unmanaged business customer base, delivering exceptional service through outbound calling and campaign execution.
• Improve product sales through cross-selling into new products, achieved through high presentation rates.
• Serve our customers through exceptional experiences, solving issues seamlessly and meeting their business needs so they remain a valued customer of One New Zealand.
• Extend the customer lifetime value through upgrades of devices and accessories.
• Work as part of a critical team with strong communication and the ability to execute against marketing activity.
