About the Role
As a Service Advisor , you’ll be the friendly face (and calm voice) that connects customers with the workshop team. You’ll make sure every job runs smoothly, from booking services to handing back the keys — all while keeping customers informed, reassured, and happy. The dealership is based in the heart of Christchurch.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Greeting customers professionally and making them feel welcome
- Scheduling service appointments and keeping the diary under control
- Translating technical jargon into plain english that clients can understand
- Preparing quotes that make sense and explaining costs clearly
- Keeping customers updated
- Making sure the admin and paperwork are on point
