You'll make sure every job runs smoothly, from booking services to handing back the keys — all while keeping customers informed, reassured, and happy.

The dealership is based in the heart of Christchurch.What You'll Be Doing : Greeting customers professionally and making them feel welcomeScheduling service appointments and keeping the diary under controlTranslating technical jargon into plain english that clients can understandPreparing quotes that make sense and explaining costs clearlyKeeping customers updatedMaking sure the admin and paperwork are on pointWhat We're Looking For : Excellent communication and people skillsStrong organisational skills and multitasking abilityExperience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive preferred)Confident using computer systems and booking softwareA great sense of humour - because not every day goes to plan!
