HSBC Global Trade Solutions (GTS) serves as a core service provider for Commercial (CMB) and Global Banking (GBM) customers. The Transaction Services Assistant will conduct day to day service and operational activities for GTS clients within policy guidelines / audit recommendations, protecting the Bank’s interests, to provide efficient and premium services. The role will also actively participate in the development of GTS relationships and sales and marketing of GTS products to potential and existing clients. The successful applicant will be expected to have a proactive approach and use a high degree of initiative, with professional presentation. They will also meet with clients, representing and promoting the Bank’s image positively, with a high degree of motivation.
