We're looking for an Assistant Service Manager to support our high-performing Service Department — ensuring every Audi owner receives an experience that matches the excellence of their vehicle.

About the Role

As the Assistant Service Manager, you'll work closely with the Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our busy service department. You'll be a key player in :

  • Supporting a team of skilled Service Advisors and Technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Managing workshop flow, triage, and productivity / efficiency
  • Ensure all jobs are accurately quoted, authorised, and invoiced in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Proactively update customers throughout the repair process, maintaining exceptional communication and trust.
  • Assisting with KPI achievement and process improvement initiatives
  • Handling customer escalations with professionalism and brand integrity
  • Driving a culture of quality, efficiency, and teamwork

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an existing manager or an experienced Senior Service Advisor looking to take a step up.
