Role Overview
We are looking for someone to provide high quality administrative support to our Knowledge and Information team on a permanent, part‑time basis 22.5 hours per week . The hours and days of work are flexible to suit the successful candidate's current commitments outside of work.
The Knowledge and Information team work closely with all teams throughout the firm to connect people to the relevant knowledge they need, so our firm can deliver high quality advice to our clients.
Being part of the wider Digital team, you will work in a friendly and inclusive team that is driven to contribute to the firm's values in innovative thinking and client‑centric service delivery.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong affinity to learning and mastering off‑the‑shelf and bespoke information management systems, providing technical support, delivering training and assisting users find the information they need. A drive to ensure everything is organised is also a must, as this role is key in ensuring our library catalogue records are kept up to date.
