About the Role : This is a pivotal opportunity to join a growing Corporate Finance advisory practice in Auckland, with a focus on Transaction Services, M&A, and Valuations. You’ll step into a visible, people leadership role and deliver end-to-end advisory engagements across a diverse client base. International exposure, structured development, and real career mobility are part of the package.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead buy-side and vendor due diligence across sectors and geographies
• Manage M&A engagements across both buy and sell-side mandates
• Oversee the design and review of financial models, including DCFs and forecasts
• Deliver business and tangible asset valuations for diverse transaction types
• Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
