We employ over 350 staff including 100 support staff, providing departments with high-quality administration and ancillary services, enabling great student outcomes.

This 10 hours per week, term time only position will suit a clerically trained accounts person (payable & receivables), who is open to flexible working hours / days and a changing workload.

Plus additional hours at peak time - to be discussed at the interview.

You will likely be looking for a team to help you grow your finance skills within a collegial school environment while appreciating the work-life balance of part time.

You need to know an invoice from a statement and have accuracy and efficiency as a key skill.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality Finance assistant payable and receivable.

The successful applicant will undertake tasks of a diverse nature and at all times deliver timely, accurate, and quality administrative support services that meet school needs.

The position is permanent and available from Term 1, 20 January

The terms and conditions for this position sit within the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement and will be paid in consideration of experience within Grade 4 from $
