With the growth of DSPA fixed fire suppression systems across New Zealand, particularly in high-risk energy, infrastructure, and industrial environments, we are expanding our sales team to support cabinet-level protection solutions.The RoleWe are seeking a driven Sales Representative to focus on promoting and selling DSPA Cabinet Fire Suppression Solutions across New Zealand.
This role will involve working closely with electrical contractors, energy providers, infrastructure companies, risk assessors, and insurance stakeholders to grow DSPA's market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the energy, utilities, and industrial sectors.Promote DSPA's cabinet protection solutions, highlighting their compliance, performance, and maintenance-free advantages.Identify opportunities in substations, MCCs, switchboards, wind nacelles, and roadside HV enclosures.Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical solution presentations.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.Provide market insights and support product positioning.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in the New Zealand fire protection industry (sales, service, or technical).
Understanding of NZ fire standards, risk assessment practices, and compliance pathways.Ability to engage confidently with contractors, consultants, asset managers, and insurers.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events around New Zealand.Knowledge of fire protection or electrical infrastructure would be an advantage but is not essential (training provided).
