You will be involved in managing and delivering a wide range of stimulating projects for our established client base, contributing to projects that extend the life of existing bridges and building resilience.This is an excellent career opportunity to join a market leader in structures asset management and help shape the future of New Zealand's infrastructure.Mou ake | About youWe are looking for a structures asset manager passionate about bridges with a strong client and delivery focus.

You will be a collaborative team player with practical problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will lead others to deliver successful project outcomes on portfolios of existing structural assets across the upper North Island.

This role will see you : Partnering with clients to understand and deliver to their long-term plans and key drivers.Leading and coaching others to support their career development.Leading the delivery of structures maintenance and improvement works.Building strong internal and external relationships to deliver better outcomes.The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills and thrives in a tight-knit team environment.

Additionally, you should have the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider business.
