Salary at $112,375 per annum + 5 weeks' annual leave (Pro rata) Te Whiwhinga Mahi - Our opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Manager Asset and Maintenance, you will be responsible for the management of assigned asset / maintenance projects, supporting the wider Asset & Maintenance team.
You will use your proven communication and negotiation skills to ensure the physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.
Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring : Relevant Property Management or valuation qualification or equivalent experience
Background in the management of property assets / projects
Experience in Project based asset management - small to medium size projects
Understanding of financial and technical information, analysis and interpretation
Knowledge of property legislation including the Fencing Act, Resource Management Act, Residential Tenancy Act, and Unit Titles Act
Experience in undertaking options analysis, business memos, and report writing
Ability to identify risks and resolve complex issues
Exceptional influencing and communication skills
