Responsibilities

Asset management across structural towers, buildings, energy (generators & heating) and fire systems, and across the business.

Maintain strong asset management, operational excellence and continuous improvement across passive infrastructure.

Qualifications

7+ years in a senior asset management role, preferably managing passive and / or energy infrastructure.

Demonstrate an understanding of electrical standards, codes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safe operation of energy systems.

Knowledge of renewable energy systems, energy storage, and efficiency optimisation.

Proven experience managing high-value asset portfolios across the full lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning.
